At some point in our lives we scribble, doodle, color, or glue things. We are all inherently artists. Since Jason can remember he has been moving through life via mixed media. While working through a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Jason expressed precedents in architecture through collage. In his own successful Hampton’s Architectural Firm, collage and mixed media are tools in which transparencies and colors are studied. Jason’s recent works are Pop + Street Art inspired images layered with Aztec, Mayan, and personal symbolism. All of which express the journey of moving through love, pain, death, and alcoholism.

Jason’s work has been awarded multiple times from such jurors as Elisabeth Sussman from the Whitney, Carolyn Lanchner, formerly of MoMA, and other prominent curators.
